Heroic Africans-Amazing Exhibit at the Met
Earlier this month, I caugt an amazing exhibit titled “Heroic Africans” at the Metropolitan Museum. It was stellar and radically different from your typical “African Masks” exhibits. So informational and the images were stunning. Lots of context reflecting the rich culture of some African ancient kingdoms. No pictures were allowed unfortunately but here is the NY Times Review.
